In the UK, Fiera Real Estate is a leading creator and manager of assets via its ownership stakes in nine UK property companies. The firm (previously known as Palmer Capital) was founded in 1992 and directly manages £1.1 billion of AUM as at 30th September 2024.
The firm’s vertically integrated business model has created a pan UK platform of partnerships that allows investors to access some of the best deal flow and entrepreneurial managers within the centralised framework provided by Fiera Real Estate.
