Ray has specialised in development and investment for 50 years. He became the Chief Executive of Lambert Smith Hampton in his early 20s and remained in this position until 1992 when he established Fiera Real Estate (formerly known as Palmer Capital). Ray is the chairman of all of the property companies in which Fiera Real Estate has a shareholding, and takes particular responsibility for Fiera Real Estate’s balance sheet investments. He is a Board Director and member of the Investment Committee.

Charles joined Fiera Real Estate in 2013 and is the Head of Transactions, UK who takes primary responsibility for interfacing with the investment market and property companies. He is the principle contact for agents and others wanting to introduce opportunities to Fiera Real Estate and takes oversight of all the company’s acquisitions. Prior to Fiera Real Estate, Charles was in the Corporate Finance Real Estate team at Ernst & Young where he focused on capital raising, M&A and restructuring. Previously, Charles was at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he focused on buying and leasing Central London assets. Charles is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a member of the Investment Committee.

Emma joined Fiera Real Estate in 2007 and was appointed General Counsel before broadening her role to run the operational side of the business. Emma is an FCA Approved Person and her remit includes oversight of governance, regulation, risk and legal. Emma was responsible for the firm’s regulatory FCA accreditation under AIFMD. Prior to Fiera Real Estate, Emma qualified as a lawyer at Frere Cholmeley Bischoff before specialising in real estate investment management at Forsters. In 2000, Emma left private practice to develop her corporate and commercial skills as UK legal counsel to Ascent Media. Emma is a Corporate Governance Committee member of Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF).
Head of Value Add REIM, UK
Chris joined Fiera Real Estate in 2008 and is responsible for the value add funds. Chris focuses on higher return strategies involving planning, development and/or repositioning of assets. He therefore takes portfolio responsibility for the company’s value add and opportunistic funds, joint ventures, and segregated accounts. Chris qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with CB Hillier Parker (now CBRE) before joining PruPIM in 2002. Chris was the Lead Acquisitions Surveyor for the high profile M&G retail investor funds before joining LaSalle Investment Management as Acquisitions Director for the UK Ventures Fund in 2006. Chris is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Committee.
Head of Core REIM, UK
Rupert joined Fiera Real Estate in 2005 and takes particular responsibility for the Core and Core Plus funds and segregated account relationships that operate within the company. Before joining Fiera Real Estate, Rupert qualified as a chartered surveyor at Gooch & Wagstaff Colliers CRE, focusing firstly on agency and then commercial investment. In 1996, he joined Henderson Global Investors (now Nuveen) where he initially co-managed two UK property funds on behalf of German institutional investors, prior to being appointed fund manager of the £250 million Henderson UK Property Fund. He became a Henderson Director in 2003, before leaving in 2005. Rupert is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Steve joined Fiera Real Estate in 2006 from Henderson Global Investors (now Nuveen) after qualifying at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (now Cushman & Wakefield). Steve oversees assets that are within the value add risk profile business plans and oversees Fiera Real Estate's balance sheet investments. Steve is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Head of Finance, UK
Graham joined Fiera Real Estate in 2014 as Group Finance Manager, and his primary role was to assist the Chief Financial Officer, with the specific responsibility of overseeing all financial aspects of the fund management side of the business. Graham was promoted to Head of Finance UK in May 2017. Before joining Fiera Real Estate, Graham trained as a Chartered Accountant with Simmons Gainsford LLP, a top 50 West End practice specialising in Real Estate. Graham also has the ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA).
