Manse LLP is a privately-owned partnership formed in 2009, between David Mitchell and Fiera Real Estate UK.

Manse specialises in land promotion, development, investment and asset management, of predominantly commercial property, throughout the UK, with a specific focus on Scotland and the North of England.

David Mitchell
Managing Partner
David is a chartered surveyor, with 30 years experience in the commercial property market.

He successfully ran Manse Investments Ltd from 2006 until February 2009, previous to which, he was a main board director of Kilmartin Property Group, a director of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, an associate director at ING Real Estate and did his training with St Quintin Chartered Surveyors.
Colin MacPherson
Development Director
Colin qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993. Having initially spent seven years acting as an agent and valuer throughout Scotland and northern England with both Ryden and Montagu Evans, his focus on planning and development work began through his role as Development Manager for Waterfront Edinburgh Ltd.

Subsequently he became Development Director at Quartermile Edinburgh where, over an eight year period, he was responsible for the planning and delivery of this highly complex and award-winning development.

Between 2009 and summer 2013, Colin was Development Director for Newcastle Science Central where on behalf of Newcastle University and City Council he led the team responsible for redeveloping the 20 acre site of the former Tyne Brewery into a highly sustainable mixed-use new quarter.
Andrew Statham
Associate Director
Andrew has worked in the property industry since 2007. He spent 7 years working as a Land Buyer with CALA Homes with his focus being the East of Scotland residential market where he was responsible for acquiring and delivering short and long term greenfield, brownfield and refurbishment opportunities. Before this Andrew trained as a Quantity Surveyor.

Andrew then went on to work for Europe’s largest craft brewery, BrewDog between February 2017 and November 2019 and was responsible for the company’s overall property growth and management strategy with a particular focus on the retail market.
