Harleyford Capital was founded in 2022 by Dean Harrison, Thomas Mallindine and Zayn Khamisa who previously worked together at InfraRed Capital Partners where they were collectively responsible for transacting over £2bn of pan-European real estate. The team are committed to becoming a market leading real estate investment and development partner within sectors underpinned by structural trends, science and technology (New Economy Real Estate). Fiera Real Estate UK Limited is a minority shareholder, providing Harleyford Capital with an institutional framework and access to balance sheet capital.

Dean Harrison
Managing Director, Investments
Prior to founding Harleyford Capital, Dean was a Director at InfraRed Capital Partners (European Real Estate) where he worked for ten years and was responsible for Origination and Execution. Since 2018, he has concluded approximately £1bn of discretionary UK investment transactions across the residential, mixed-use, and logistics sectors. Prior to InfraRed, Dean worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Finance and Fund Management departments where he was based in Paris and London.
He holds a First-Class undergraduate degree in Business Studies from Leicester Business School and a post-graduate degree with Distinction in Real Estate from the University of Reading. Dean is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is a qualified commercial energy assessor (NDEA).
He holds a First-Class undergraduate degree in Business Studies from Leicester Business School and a post-graduate degree with Distinction in Real Estate from the University of Reading. Dean is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is a qualified commercial energy assessor (NDEA).
Thomas Mallindine
Managing Director, Asset Management
Prior to founding Harleyford Capital, Thomas was a Director at InfraRed Capital Partners (European Real Estate) where he worked for six years and was responsible for Asset Management, managing a portfolio of c. 4m sq ft of urban logistics assets. Prior to InfraRed, Thomas worked at Sovereign Centros focusing on development management, and M&G Real Estate as an Investment Manager.
Thomas holds a First-Class undergraduate degree in Investment and Finance in Real Estate from The University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Zayn Khamisa
Vice President, Investment Operations
Zayn is a member of the founding team at Harleyford Capital where he leads on corporate operations and the execution of investment transactions. Prior to joining Harleyford, Zayn was part of the investment team at Infrared Capital Partners where he worked for three years and was integral in the execution of real estate investments in the UK and Western Europe. He has been involved in the acquisition, financing and asset management of over £600m of transactions across the logistics, residential and mixed-use sectors.
Zayn holds a First-Class undergraduate degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and has passed CFA Level 2.
