Wrenbridge are pleased to announce a 10 year extension of their joint venture at Browick Business Park to develop the remaining 57 acres into new warehouse led development offering up to 1,000,000 sq ft of industrial / distribution opportunity.
The Park is located on the outskirts of Norwich, with road and rail links offering direct access to Cambridge, London and beyond. Wymondham railway station is within walking distance of the site. It sits just south of Gateway 11, which is one of Norfolk’s most established business locations.
The prominent greenfield site benefits from an ideal location adjacent to the A11 just outside the historic market town of Wymondham, which has been identified as a growth location with a minimum of 2,200 new homes planned to be delivered by 2026.
Wrenbridge is a leading developer of modern warehouse units in East Anglia, London and the South East. Despite the current climate, over the last 24 months Wrenbridge has delivered 15 major new warehouse schemes amounting to 1,000,000 sq ft on both speculative basis and for specific end users.
