Palmer Capital have hired Alex Baker as an Associate Director in their Value Add REIM team, where he will be working principally on the underwriting of new acquisitions and management of disposals. Alex joins from real estate valuation team at JP Morgan, having previously qualified as a chartered surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield.
