On Tuesday 13 August, Steven Wright, Director at Palmer Capital and Gavin Bridge, Director at Cubex met with Bristol’s Mayor, Marvin Rees, to present to him a showcase example of a placemaking mixed use development at Finzels Reach, Bristol.
Finzels Reach is a 6 acre site in Bristol and is now one of the most exciting mixed-use regeneration projects in the South West. The development has delivered 437 apartments, an over 200,000 sq ft Grade A office buildings, a hotel, retail and leisure and restaurants. When finished the scheme will see 2,400 people living or working at the development.
Steven and Gavin were delighted to give Marvin a tour of Finzels Reach and hear his feedback. It was great to meet with Marvin and share one of our many exciting projects with him and highlight how this development will have a positive impact on Bristol.
