Packaged Living, the build-to-rent specialist, has appointed Peter Rowe as Development Manager. He has joined to lead a number of BTR developments as Packaged expands its portfolio, including The Castings, Manchester their 352 home scheme in the Piccadilly East area.
Peter joins Packaged Living from the planning and development consultancy Turley, where he was an Associate Director in their Manchester office. He has more than 15 years’ experience across all aspects of town planning and has a played an important role in delivering major regeneration schemes in the North.
Packaged Living are growing into a major player in the BTR sector and recruiting to keep pace with their city centre acquisitions drive and development management business, which now totals a pipeline of 3,000 homes. Packaged also launched their Single Family Housing platform in 2020.
