Palmer Capital backed Manse Opus has been shortlisted for ‘Property Deal of the Year’ at this years West Midlands Property Awards for the letting of 490,000 sq ft at Prospero, Ansty to Meggitt.
In November 2017, Manse and Opus Land, were successfully appointed by the Aerospace giant Rolls-Royce to lead the marketing and disposal of one of their sites in Ansty, in Coventry comprising 200 acres. In April 2018, Manse Opus achieved planning consent for one of the largest Midlands industrial lettings in over a decade on this site. Planning consent has been granted to build a 490,000 sq ft building for Meggitt Plc. The facility will provide a base for up to 1,000 employees. This major £130m project at Prospero, Ansty in Coventry will bring together a number of Meggitt’s existing operations and represents a significant investment in the long-term future of Meggitt’s UK manufacturing capability.
