Harlex Property, is delighted to announce its expansion with the hire of Mark Nicholson, former Vita Group Acquisitions Director. Harlex Property is Palmer Capital’s 8th backed property company, the first to be based in Manchester. 2018 is to be an exciting year for the company after launching in late 2017.
Mark has 14 years’ property experience with a professional background in commercial and residential development, agency and investment.
Mark started his career training and qualifying at Knight Frank before moving to Dove Haigh Phillips specialising in strategic agency and commercial development advice.
Prior to joining Harlex Property, Mark was Head of Acquisitions at Vita Group where he was instrumental in growing the Vita Student brand in the UK from around 70 beds in Liverpool in 2012 to 3700 beds.
Mark has significant experience across the development life cycle, working in all asset classes and playing a significant role in several high-profile schemes both nationally and across the North West region.
