Alex Price, CEO, UK, is set to take part in Informa’s Global Property Market Conference in Toronto on Wednesday 22nd June.
The two-day event will allow Canadian investors to connect with fund managers from around the world discuss the new processes when it comes to investing across national borders. Industry experts and specialists will offer their views on trends in multiple geographies, impact investing and ESG, capital flows and other elements of market intelligence.
Alex’s panel, which is being chaired by Erik Gustafson (Global Chief Operating Officer of Manulife), will discuss the performance of the EU and UK property markets. Alex will be joined by Lu Li (Managing Director of Nuveen), José Pellicer (Head of Investment Strategy of M&G Real Estate) and Blair Welch (Founding Partner of Slate Asset Management). Together, the panel will debate the impact the pandemic had on investor strategies, whether Brexit affected real estate transactions and values either in the UK or continental Europe, and whether the the political landscape across the continent is impacting investment decision-making?
