Angle Property and Fiera Real Estate have completed the £17.7m sale of a residential development site in Thame, Oxfordshire, following a successful planning appeal
The partners acquired the vacant site in 2017 on behalf of Fiera’s Real Estate Opportunity Fund IV. A planning application for 129 homes, a 68-bed care home, and a 17,000 sq ft office building was recommended for approval in February 2019, but South Oxfordshire Council refused consent.
Fiera inks Oxfordshire sale to listed housebuilder
Fiera Real Estate and Angle Property have sold a residential mixed-use scheme in Oxfordshire to Bellway Homes and CareUK for £17.7m.
The consented 11-acre site at Howland Park has been sold in two transactions, with a 68-bedroom care home going to CareUK and the rest of the site to Bellway Homes.
