Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge are planning to deliver more than 200,000 sq ft of logistics after buying a site in Bishop’s Stortford, React News can reveal. The partners have bought the site to the south of the town on the Hertfordshire-Essex border on behalf of the Fiera Real Estate Opportunity Fund for around £10m. The buy is the fund’s eighth and takes the total amount committed past £100m.
