DEAL AGREED FOR £10.9M THATCHAM WAREHOUSE
A warehouse asset in Thatcham has been sold for £10.9m to the Fiera Real Estate.
Gables Way spans 7.5 acres and comprises a 120,000 sq ft HQ warehouse.
The asset is currently home to high performance automotive engineering specialist Xtrac and is let on a 76-year unexpired lease.
Clearbell Property Partners III acquired the site in 2019 as part of the Richard portfolio, with this disposal completed in conjunction with Barwood Capital.
Dominic Moore, head of asset management and ESG director at Clearbell Capital, said: "Prime warehouse space is in high demand, particularly in strategic locations like the South East. This investment provides long term, stable income in a location with strong real estate fundamentals."

Southampton’s former Toys R Us re-opens for Ukraine aid donations
A city's former Toys R Us shop is opening up again to store donations for Ukraine.
The closed superstore in Western Esplanade, Southampton, will be used by the city's Polish Social Club.
Developer Packaged Living said it was "delighted" to help by offering up the building for use following a request from Southampton City Council.
The local authority said the storage site was expected to open "in the coming week".
The building is set to be demolished later in the year and a new development of about 600 apartments built.
