Patrick Freestone joined Fiera Real Estate in 2020 and is responsible for the firm's investments in nine leading UK property development companies, providing strategic support, capital solutions and investor connectivity to help drive growth across the platform.
He also leads Fiera Real Estate's in-house transactions team, originating and executing investments across the firm's Core, Value Add and Opportunistic strategies.
Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate, Patrick held senior roles at Catella APAM and CBRE Investment Management. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and an MA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh. Patrick is a Chartered Surveyor.
