Nick Acutt
Associate Director, Product Development and Transactions
Nick joined Fiera Real Estate in 2022 and works across the Transactions and Product Development teams. He is responsible for all aspects of deal origination, analysis, and execution in line with Fiera Real Estate strategies alongside supporting the cultivation of new business workstreams, capital raising and investor relations. Before joining Fiera Real Estate, Nick qualified as a chartered surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield, working primarily within the Central London Investment team before moving to DTZ Investors in 2018. As a Portfolio Manager for a c.£500m UK Balanced Pension Fund, Nick assisted on setting and implementing the Fund’s strategies, sourcing investment opportunities, executing disposal and acquisition strategies and implementing asset management plans.
