Minty Brown

Minty joined Fiera Real Estate in 2019 as Head of Marketing, where she led the development and execution of the firm’s marketing strategy across its UK business and operating partner network. In 2023, her role expanded to oversee marketing for Fiera Capital across EMEA and Asia, spanning both public and private market strategies. In her current role, Minty leads the design and delivery of the marketing strategy that directly supports capital raising efforts, working in close partnership with distribution and investment teams to drive targeted campaigns, deepen client engagement, and elevate the firm’s profile across key markets.

Prior to joining Fiera, Minty held senior marketing positions within the real estate investment management and broader financial services sectors, where she built and led cross-functional marketing teams and delivered multi-channel campaigns and communications strategies that supported business growth and strengthened market positioning.
