Ben Coles joined Fiera Real Estate in 2026, bringing over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and development across the UK and Europe. Having spent 22 years at Wrenbridge, one of Fiera’s long‑standing operating partners, where he oversaw the delivery of more than 10 million sq ft of projects valued at over £4.5 billion. His deep familiarity with Fiera’s operating partner model and sector‑focused approach positions him strongly to support the firm’s next phase of growth.

In his role, Ben is focused on expanding Fiera’s assets under management, strengthening relationships with global capital partners and working closely with the firm operating partners.
