Aviva said the platform, which is expected to be seeded with an initial allocation of up to 1,000 homes, will target an initial £200m portfolio, with a pipeline of investments expected to add a further £500m in the coming months.

Fiera Real Estate sells Very Group’s 11.5-acre award HQ office campus for over GBP38m
Fiera Real Estate has sold the 11.5-acre Skyways House site in Speke, Liverpool to Corum XL, a fund managed by Corum Asset Management.
The asset was offered to the market at a quoting price of GBP38.88 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.50 per cent, although the final sale price has not been disclosed.
This represents the first asset sale for the Fund on behalf of KFHC investor clients, which focusses on offering investors long, strong and progressive income concentrating on office, out-of-town retail, and industrial sub-sectors.
Fiera RE sells Speke offices for more than £38m
Corum XL is the new owner of Skyways House in a deal that reflects a net initial yield of 6.5%.
Fiera Real Estate said that the sale to the Corum Asset Management fund was for an undisclosed price, but that it was more than £38m. The original asking price for Skyways House when the company put it on the market was £38.88m.
