Housing association selected by developer Cubex for Finzels Reach scheme Bristol-based developer Cubex has signed up housing association Abri to deliver a 66-home affordable housing scheme within the city’s Finzels Reach development.

Cubex, backed by Fiera Real Estate, has exchanged contracts with housing provider Abri to bring forward 66 affordable homes at Coopers Court as part of the wider Finzels Reach mixed-use community.

Cubex and Fiera Real Estate have exchanged contracts to sell a block of affordable flats in Bristol to housing association Abri. Abri will acquire 66 flats at Coopers Court, the 278-home redevelopment of the former Avon Fire and Rescue headquarters.

Cubex Land has appointed co-founder Peter Walford to the position of managing director.
