Packaged Living

Ed is CEO of Packaged Living and founded the business alongside Fiera Real Estate in 2018. Prior to Packaged Living, Ed was a director at Grainger Plc initially focused on financing and growing the group’s German Residential and Retirement Living platforms and more latterly, leading its investment into the Build to Rent sector. Ed is a chartered banker with c.20 years’ cross border real estate experience in banking, private equity and fund management having worked previously at the Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group.

Mark is Chief Operating Officer and has been with the business since inception. As a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years experience, he leads the Development side of the business – working with his dedicated team of Development Managers on all aspects of design, planning and construction.

Jonathon is Chief Investment Officer and leads on investment across all strategies. Prior to joining Packaged Living, Jonathon was MD of Atlas Residential UK, North American multifamily owner operator, where he was responsible for the acquisition, funding and stabilisation of a 1200 home UK BtR portfolio with a GDV exceeding £250m.
