Opus North

Andrew is Managing Director of Opus and responsible for the daily running of the company. Previously founder and head of the Leeds office of commercial agents Grenville Smith and Duncan (1991) and more latterly Opus land Ltd with Richard Smith from 2000 till the formation of Opus North in 2008. Andrew has worked in the Northern commercial property market has been involved in many of the most significant schemes around today.

Ryan is the Managing Director at Opus North and is responsible for the acquisition and development of new opportunities. Prior to Opus North, he previously worked for Keyland Developments, where he was responsible for the acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial development sites. Ryan has also worked for Yorkshire Water Services and Eddisons. and Chelsfield.
