One of our Operating Partners, Danescroft, are delighted to announce the acquisition of Cater Properties Limited. The company owns the freehold interest in 51 acres of land in Sunbury upon Thames, leased to Sunbury Golf Property Limited for an unexpired term of 20 years. Generating a net initial yield of 5.5%, the property offers significant asset management potential, as well as the medium to long term prospects of promotion through the local plan.
