Investment Approach

The Fiera Real Estate Opportunity Fund V UK (FREOF V) (UK) is a closed-ended real-estate investment fund that launched in November 2019, and targets value add and opportunistic real estate transactions in the UK. This is the fifth fund in the series, and based on the success of the existing programmatic venture series with CBRE Global Investment Partners.

It seeks to deliver its returns through a combination of focused asset management, change of use and Grade A asset development.

The vehicle’s target is to deliver a net 12-15% IRR and net 1.5x Eqm*.

The Fiera Real Estate Opportunity Fund V is a closed ended fund, offering a two year investment window from November 2019 and a maximum fund life of 6 years. The previous funds in Fiera Real Estate UK’s value add series have invested a total of £600 million and offered regional and sector diversification helping to minimise risk and maximise returns.
