Finzels Reach Case Study

This 6 acre site is now one of the most exciting mixed use developments in the South West. The landmark Caste Bridge which opened in April 2017, was an integral part of the Finzels Reach scheme. It delivers greater connectivity for pedestrians and cyclists between Temple Meads train station and Cabot Circus.

By the time it completes, Finzels Reach will deliver 437 apartments of which 55 are affordable and 194 are delivered to the Build to Rent partner, Grainger. Aurora, a 95,000 sq ft 2 Grade A office building is BREEAM outstanding and LEAD Gold Standard building that has achieved record rental levels in Bristol. When finished the scheme will see 2,400 people living or working at the development producing an overall investment value of £270 million. The site was acquired for £45 million in 2013.
