At Fiera Real Estate, we are dedicated to integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues within our investment management processes. We believe that we have a responsibility to our investors to fully understand the impact of these issues and to embed ESG considerations into the way we manage our strategies so that we may drive long-term value and mitigate risk.

In our latest Corporate ESG Update, we highlight some of the successful initiatives that we have undertaken so far this year, including achieving carbon neutrality for the second year running and being awarded with Planet Mark’s Business Certification. We also lay out the ambitious sustainability targets we have set for our strategies; Net Zero Carbon by 2035 for our long income strategy and Net Zero Construction costs for our new logistics strategy.
