AXIS, Waltham Cross
Through our Logistics Development Fund, we are funding the delivery of Axis, Waltham Cross, a brand new Grade A warehouse and logistics development, totalling over 60,000 sq ft, which is being delivered by our operating partner, Wrenbridge.
Axis delivers on both environmental and financial performance, targeting an EPC A+ and BREEAM Outstanding rating. The scheme will benefit from 12m eaves height, rooftop PV panels, LED lighting, and EV charging points – cutting energy use, lowering CO2 emissions, and reducing operational costs.
Construction will commence this summer with PC due in Q1 2026.
