2021 GRESB Real Estate Results for EMEA, held on Tuesday 19th October. Hosted by Carbon Intelligence, supported by AREF and Climate Action.
Fiera Real Estate’s CEO, UK, Alex Price, and Associate Director, ESG, Jessica Pilz, took part in the event talking about green buildings and tenant engagement.
Jessica took part in the first panel of the day, covering the benefits of tenant engagement, exploring how stakeholders across the real estate value chain, from Fund Managers to tenants, can work together more collaboratively to achieve respective sustainability goals.
After Jess’ panel, Alex took to the stage to discuss how green buildings impact real estate valuations.
