Wrenbridge's scheme Boxset, Basildon, is nearing practical completion after having started construction earlier this year.
The scheme is a 10 acre development site
which is located to the north east o
f Basildon
town centre, in a prominent position
with direct access
to the A127.
It comprises 3 industrial warehouse units, Boxset 92, Boxset 62 and Boxset 74 which total 223,000 sq ft.
Basildon is approximately 34 miles
from central London
and is the second largest economy
in the Thames Gateway
outside Canary Wharf. The units will have up to date
, modern amenities
including car charging points and are targeting an EPC ‘A’ rating.
Boxset's practical completion is imminent, with the units due to
become available in Q3 2019.
