Wrenbridge launch Boxset Basildon, a new 10 acre development site

Wrenbridge, one of the leading property companies in the UK, are delighted to announce that their new site, Basildon Boxset, launched on Wednesday 11 September 2019. Boxset Basildon comprises a new 10 acre development site located to the north east of Basildon town centre in a prominent position with direct access to the A127. Basildon is approximately 34 miles from central London and is the second largest economy in the Thames Gateway outside Canary Wharf. It enjoys excellent communication links with both the A127 and A13 connecting with the M25 Junction 29 and national motorway network. Basildon Boxset is formed of three industrial/warehouse units; Boxset 92 a 92,626 sq ft warehouse; Boxset 62, a 62,411 sq ft warehouse; and Boxset 74, a 74,165 sq ft warehouse.
