Wrenbridge’s
Axion Belvedere development, a
68,000 sq ft warehouse being funded by
Buccleuch property, is now nearing completion. The building has been
forward sold to
Orchard Street Investment Management, with construction due for completion in
September 2018.
Wrenbridge had unconditionally acquired the
3.8 acre site, which is located in the affluent Borough of
Bexley, Kent, and secured planning permission for the building only
5 months later.
Wrenbridge are currently seeking
more warehouse and logistics sites from 2-10 acres where they can speculatively develop. Please contact the team on
