Rupert Sheldon will be joining the IPF Finance Workshop

On Monday 15th October, Rupert Sheldon will be joining the ‘Introduction to Finance’ workshop alongside other speakers such as Chris Holmes (JLL) and Duncan Reilly (The Howard Group). The workshop will take place from 9am-6:30pm, with registration and breakfast from 8:30am. This full-day event presents an overview of current debt and equity available to the UK commercial real estate market. Topics will  include ‘The Capital Stack – Using other people’s money’, ‘Equity Finance’ and, of course, Rupert’s case study on Palmer Capital. The workshop, being held at JLL, 30 Warwick Street, London, W1B 5NH will finish at 5:30pm and will be followed by networking drinks.
