Palmer Capital Income Fund (PCIF) has had a successful 12 months, growing to approx. £185M of assets.         Recent transactions include: SpekeRicardo We are urgently looking to acquire two more investments on behalf of PCIF, by the end of Q1 2019. Target investment parameters as follows:
  • £5M - £15M
  • 4.75%-7.00% NIY
  • 10+ year WAULT
  • Fixed or index linked rent reviews preferred
  • Institutional tenant credit
  • Industrial, office and alternative sectors preferred
