This year,
as part of
Palmer Capital's LandAid Money Maker Challenge, Beth Coakley, Marketing assistant at Palmer Capital and her partner will be taking on
Mount Snowdon in an effort to climb to the top spot in the leaderboard.
On
3rd September, the pair will start their ascent of the
1085 meter tall mountain (the tallest in Wales) via the
Crib Goch Scramble route, the toughest of them all, which will likely take around
8 hours to make it to the top and back. Googling has also revealed that there is a popular pub that can be found on the route, so perhaps add on an extra hour (or 2) to the total time!
All of this fun is entirely in the name of charity, specifically
LandAid, the charity helping to
eradicate youth homelessness throughout the UK.
