FRELD achieves a 94.2 score and improves to a four-star rating in the 2026 assessment

Fiera Real Estate is pleased to announce a strong set of 2026 GRESB results for the Fiera Real Estate Logistic Development Strategy (FRELD), reflecting the strategy’s continued focus on responsible investment and the environmental performance of its portfolio.

FRELD achieved an overall score of 94.2 out of 100, up from 94 in 2025. The strategy also improved from a three-star to a four-star rating and ranked third in its peer group.

These results recognise FRELD’s consistent approach across several important areas of portfolio performance. Key contributors included:

  • Materials: Consistent embodied-carbon reporting and disclosure;
  • Energy: A high proportion of assets achieving EPC A+
  • Building certifications: Strong certification standards, including BREEAM Excellent and Outstanding ratings.

The year-on-year progress demonstrates the value of embedding sustainability considerations into asset management and maintaining clear, consistent reporting across the portfolio.

FERED, our European Real Estate Debt Strategy also increased its GRESB score, rising from 74 in 2025 to 75.8 in 2026, providing a positive foundation for continued progress.

Fiera Real Estate remains committed to working with its partners and occupiers to enhance portfolio performance and deliver resilient, sustainable real estate over the long term.
