Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge Secure Pre-let For Largest Unit at AIR Heathrow
Fiera Real Estate (“Fiera”) and Wrenbridge are thrilled to announce a 58,000 square- foot pre-let to AIT Worldwide Logistics at their new urban logistics scheme, AIR Heathrow.
AIT Worldwide Logistics, a trusted global freight forwarder is set to occupy the largest of four units at AIR Heathrow, supporting the expansion of its end-to-end supply chain solutions around the world.
Scheduled for completion in Q1 2026, AIR Heathrow will comprise of four mid-box logistics units across the two sites, totalling approximately 154,000 sq. ft. The scheme will target an ESG exemplar specification to include EPC A+, Net Zero Carbon construction and BREEAM Excellent rating.
The site was purchased through the Fiera Real Estate Logistics Development Fund (“FRELD”) and is situated on Staines Road, a prime location in West London. The site benefits from easy access to the M4, M3 and M25 and is just 1.5 miles from Heathrow Airport.
