Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge secure first letting at Boxyard, Hayes with global logistics operator ICL
Fiera Real Estate, one of the most active funders of small to mid-box urban logistics developments, and operating partner Wrenbridge have signed an Agreement for Lease with International Cargo Logistics (ICL) at Boxyard, Hayes, marking the first letting at the scheme.
ICL, a global freight forwarding, warehousing and fulfilment business, has taken Unit 4 (25,848 sq ft) at the development on Rigby Lane in the heart of Hayes’ established industrial area. With swift access to Heathrow, the M4 and the M25, Boxyard is ideally positioned for businesses operating across international supply chains.
Boxyard comprises four high specification warehouse units totalling over 84,000 sq ft on a self-contained, secure, gated site, The remaining units range from approximately 15,500 sq ft to 23,500 sq ft and are available for immediate occupation.
All units are designed to Net Zero Carbon standards with BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ accreditations. Specifications include 12.5m eaves, first floor offices, mezzanine space, passenger lifts, full height glazing, and PV generated power providing a direct benefit to occupiers.

Three units remain available at Boxyard, Hayes - Unit 1 (23,457 sq ft), Unit 2 (15,540 sq ft) and Unit 3 (19,456 sq ft).
