Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge Launch £30m Mid-Tech Scheme in Central Cambridge

Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge have officially launched The Row, a landmark £30 million GDV mid-tech scheme in central Cambridge, following the agreement of a new 150-year lease with Cambridge City Council.

Planning approval has been secured, and construction is now underway on the two-unit, 67,000 sq ft development, which will deliver the next generation of mid-tech workspace in one of the UK’s most dynamic innovation hubs.

Designed to provide highly flexible and future ready workspace for science, R&D, and technology occupiers, The Row forms part of the UK Innovation Corridor, a region experiencing strong occupier demand for quality, sustainable workspace.

The scheme is designed to meet the highest sustainability and digital standards, targeting EPC A*, BREEAM Outstanding, and a WiredScore Platinum rating.

The Row was acquired through the Fiera Real Estate Logistics Development Fund in August 2023, with completion targeted for August 2026.
