Fiera Real Estate and Danescroft agree £24m development facility with Alpha Property Lending

Fiera Real Estate (“Fiera”) and Danescroft are pleased to announce that they have secured a £24 million debt facility from Alpha Property Lending to fund the development of a 134,000 sq ft prime logistics scheme at Claverings Industrial Estate in Edmonton, North London

Claverings is strategically positioned just north of Meridian Water, with excellent connectivity via the A10, A406 (North Circular) and Junction 25 of the M25. Located only 11.2 miles from central London, offering direct rail links from Edmonton Green to Liverpool Street in 26 minutes.

The scheme is set to deliver seven high-quality units ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 sq ft. All units will benefit from 10-12m eaves heights and expansive yards of up to 35m, offering flexibility and scale for modern industrial needs.

Having received planning approval in October last year, construction works are already underway, with completion targeted for Q4 2026. MCS has been appointed as the main contractor for the site.

Claverings was acquired through the Fiera Real Estate Logistics Development Fund.
