Danescroft have received detailed planning permission for 88 dwellings for Chichester site

Danescroft, the London-based property developers known for delivering high quality residential and mixed-use developments across London and the South East, have obtained detailed planning permission through delegated powers for 88 dwellings at their site at Shopwhyke Road, Chichester. The site previously benefitted from consent for 521 student beds, but will now will regenerate the vacant and cleared site to provide family housing of a high quality design, in keeping with the local area.
