Danescroft and Bridges Fund Management complete on a new deal

Danescroft and Bridges Fund Management have recently completed on the acquisition of Ashdown House. The site measures  c.13 acres and is let predominantly to let to the Department for Work & Pensions until May 2021.

Preparation has begun to bring forward the site for a residential led scheme, in preparation for expiry of the tenancies.
