CUBEX SHAPES BRISTOL OFFICE PLAN Cubex, backed by Palmer Capital, has unveiled plans for a 95,000 sq ft speculative office block in Bristol. The Bush Consultancy-designed proposals are for a seven-storey block on Temple Plot East at Finzels Reach. Cubex bought the site in 2013 and the proposals will be its first office development on the site. Elsewhere on the 4.7-acre plot, there are 73 flats and last November Premier Inn agreed to deliver a 168-bedroom hotel next to the office block. Plans will be lodged by March. Knight Frank and Savills have been appointed to prelet the scheme.
