Last night, Cubex Land attended the
Insider Property South West Awards following three shortlisting’s for:
- Commercial Development of the Year – Aurora
- Residential Development of the Year – Cask Store
- Property Deal of the year – The Fire station
The night was a great success, with Cubex Land winning
“Commercial Development of the year” award for their office building, Aurora.

Having recently completed and sold to Royal London Asset Management, Aurora is the
stylish, new
95,531 sq. ft. office building which achieved a
BREEAM Outstanding and WiredScore Platinum rating. Cubex have set a new standard for offices throughout Bristol, as this green and energy efficient building tops any other in the city. The building is already home to companies such as Simmons Real Estate and Mewburn Ellis LLP, with many more due to follow suit.
This award comes only a week after the Cubex team won the
Business Leader award for their Finzels Reach development. The BBC also recently showcased the office to be the
greenest office ever!
