Build to Rent Specialist Packaged Living advising Enfield Council on ground-breaking Meridian Water programme bringing 10,000 homes

Packaged Living are thrilled to be advising Enfield Council on the ground breaking Meridian Water development. Meridian Water is a major £6bn, 25-year London regeneration programme led by Enfield Council, bringing 10,000 homes and 6,000 jobs to Enfield, north London, next door to the beautiful Lee Valley Regional Park. Enfield Council’s experienced in-house team who have been working with Packaged Living to optimise the plans for Phase 2 of the masterplan which includes 2,000 homes, some of which may be developed as Build to Rent homes.
