Wrenbridge and Fiera Real Estate ("FRE UK") have acquired a new 65,000 sq.ft Grade A industrial warehouse development. The 2.4-acre site located in Crawley has secured planning and has a GDV of £27m. The site was purchased in April 2022 on behalf of Fiera Real Estate Opportunity Fund V UK (“FREOF V UK”), the fifth fund in Fiera Real Estate’s £600m value add series.
