Palmer Capital’s Current Deal Requirements – c.£400m to Deploy into UK Real Estate

Palmer Capital and our Property Companies have had a busy few weeks having acquired 7 new assets throughout the quarter. The Residential Land Partnership, which was launched in November 2017, is already 60% invested in the first 6 months with the two latest sites have been purchased in Newport Pagnell (5 acres) and Crawley (20 acres).

Palmer Capital, across its funds, has c. £400m immediately available to deploy across lots sizes of approximately £5m-£200m. The focus is on both core and value add opportunities throughout the UK which play to the following investment themes:

LONG DATED INCOME: Buying assets with >10 years of income with the ability to add value through management initiatives.

URBAN ASSET CREATION:  Acquiring UK urban assets that can be redeveloped into new residential (for sale or rent), PRS or office assets.

PLANNING GAIN: Acquiring primarily brownfield sites in major UK cities, where planning consents can be readily obtained for residential, and then sold.
