Palmer Capital and Wrenbridge are delighted to announce the sale of Brakeshear House for £7m to Shanley Homes. The asset was sold from Palmer Capital’s Development fund III, a programmatic joint venture with clients of CBRE GIP.
The land at Brakeshear House is located on the High Street of Barnet, which originally comprised of a series of factory units and workshops occupied by cottage and craft industries acquired in July 2015 for £5m. The site now has achieved a planning consent for 40 residential units and has been sold for £7m to Shanley Homes who will develop the scheme.
