Packaged Living celebrate triple shortlisting at the RESI Awards

Tonight (Wednesday 11th May) our Operating Partner, Packaged Living, will be joining the other RESI Awards finalists to celebrate their three shortlistings.

The first shortlisting is alongside Fiera Real Estate for PRS Deal of the Year. The second shortlisting celebrates the recent partnership between Packaged Living’s Single Family Homes Platform and Aviva Investors, which is focused on the development and delivery of suburban rental housing across the UK . The Partnership will acquire and forward fund homes directly from housebuilders which will then be let to families, offering a flexible and affordable solution to the UK’s housing
shortage. The Partnership will target an EPC-A rating for the properties under development, offering highly energy-efficient homes designed to minimise energy usage and costs for families.
