Manse LLP have concluded a deal to buy a site on Seafield Road, Edinburgh, an area that has been identified for future housing in the Edinburgh City Council draft local plan. The site comprises of two acres with potential to create accommodation for up to 200 residential units. The deal is subject to planning and Manse intend to submit a planning application later this year.
