Hawkins & George, the first major build-to-rent scheme in Bristol, has launched at Finzels Reach.
The modern waterside development comprises two distinct buildings – Hawkins Lane and George’s Wharf – providing private, purpose-built rental accommodation with 194 apartments in total, communal areas and a host of amenities including a roof terrace with amazing views over the Bristol skyline.

It was developed by Cubex, the developer behind Finzels Reach as a whole, before being handed over to Grainger plc, the UK’s leading provider of rental homes.
